HRC Offers Patient Transportation
Increase the number of clinic visits by providing efficient and timely transportation from the patient's house to the clinic without added cost to the physician.
Providing patient transportation increases the patient census and allows the physician’s office to showcase the services available at their facilities. Patient transportation eliminates the need for family members to miss work transporting the patient and is especially convenient in the winter months when transportation can be complicated.
Our Services
- Free Immunizations
During our Walk-in Immunization Clinics we offer free routine immunizations for individuals 18 years of age or younger who do not have medical insurance or whose medical insurance does not cover immunizations. - HRC speaks English, Spanish and Polish
We are proud to offer translation in Spanish and Polish with all of our services to ensure accurate communication.
